Precision cuts inside homes for utility access, floor transitions, plumbing rough-in, or basement modifications. Clean, controlled, and minimally disruptive to surrounding finishes.
Residential Slab Demolition
Interior slab removal in homes and light commercial spaces. We break out the concrete and clear the area, so your next trade can move in.
Sidewalk and Stoop Demolition
When a front or rear walkway, stoop, or exterior slab needs to come out, whether for a remodel, landscaping project, or safety replacement, we handle the removal.
What We Don't Do
We’re upfront about scope. Precision Demolition does not take on.

- Large-scale site clearing or excavation
If your project needs large structural concrete removed, we’ll tell you that before we waste anyone’s time. Our concrete work is focused and paired with residential interior and exterior projects.
Debris Hauling
Concrete debris hauling is not included by default in our concrete demolition service. For projects that need dumpster service, we work with Nordic Waste, and can coordinate dumpster placement as part of the project setup. Ask about this when you contact us.
Who We Work With
We take concrete demolition work from general contractors managing residential remodels, as well as homeowners who need exterior concrete removed. If the concrete work is part of a broader interior project, kitchen, bathroom, or full gut, we can handle it alongside the other demo scope in one mobilization.
